KimberlySpa.com will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original unopened container and in a completely sellable condition. We cannot accept products that have been opened. If at the time of receipt, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service department at service@kimberlyspa.com.
Returns will be credited in the manner of original payment. Include your original invoice and a reason for return. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Should an item be received in damaged or defective condition, we will be happy to replace it and refund any shipping charges for its return. Returns will not be accepted and refunds cannot be granted after 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event of an allergic reaction, please contact our customer service department for further instructions.
